Your goal is to move your body.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal once. You have to standup from your desk and just walk, around your room - around your house for at least 15'. Try to set aside your phone and think about non-work related things. You can't empty your mind? Don't worry, just think about some of the following topics.

Fruits
Your goal is to eat some fruits.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal once. You have to take a break, and grab an apple, banana or any seasonal fruit. Be careful with your allergies, and choose your fruits wisely.
  • Spring: Apricots, Avocado, Mango, Pineapple, Strawberrie
  • Summer: Blueberries, Nectarines, Peaches, Plums, Raspberries, Watermelon
  • Fall: Apples, Cranberries, Grapes, Pears

We will notify you in order to complete this goal 5 times. Each time you have to drink an avg glass of water. We won't count your water sips, take your time and enjoy it.

Your goal is to rest your eyes.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal twice. You have to take a break, and try to look away at something that is far away from you for 5'. Consider looking out a window at an object that seems far away, like a tree or a building across the street. There are several methods to rest your eyes, have a look at the following links:
