We will notify you in order to complete this goal twice. Each time you have to stretch your body, your arms, your legs for 5-7' minutes. You don't know what to do? Don't worry, just follow the instructions at the following 5' videos.
Meal
Your goal is simple, enjoy your meal.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal once. You have to take a break, clear your mind and enjoy a meal for at least 30'. We hope you already plan your meal. In case you didn't, no worries just have a look at the following super easy 5' recipies.

Your goal is to drink 4 glasses of water.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal 4 times. Each time you have to drink an avg glass of water. We won't count your water sips, take your time and enjoy it.
Tea
Your goal is to drink a cup of tea.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal twice. You have to take a break and make a tea of your choise. Consider it like a break where you have to do something other than looking at your screen. Choose a fancy mug, take your time, enjoy your tea smell and relax. Note that you can skip the 2nd tea or replace it with a glass of water, it's never enough.
