Workout
Your goal is to exercise.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal once. You have to take a mini workout session for 10' - 15'. You don't know what to do? Don't worry, just follow the instructions at the following videos.
Nuts
Your goal is to eat a handful of nuts.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal once. You have to take a break, grab your nuts mix and eat around 30g of nuts. Be careful with your allergies, and choose your nuts wisely. In case you don't want to mix them up here is a list of choices (each one is approximately 30g):
  • Almonds: 20-30,
  • Brazil Nuts: 10,
  • Cashews: 15,
  • Hazelnuts: 20,
  • Macadamias: 15,
  • Peanuts: 40,
  • Pecans: 15,
  • Pistachios: 30,

Your goal is to drink 5 glasses of water.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal 5 times. Each time you have to drink an avg glass of water. We won't count your water sips, take your time and enjoy it.
Eyes
Your goal is to rest your eyes.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal twice. You have to take a break, and try to look away at something that is far away from you for 5'. Consider looking out a window at an object that seems far away, like a tree or a building across the street. There are several methods to rest your eyes, have a look at the following links:
