Your goal is to move your body.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal once. You have to standup from your desk and just walk, around your room - around your house for at least 15'. Try to set aside your phone and think about non-work related things. You can't empty your mind? Don't worry, just think about some of the following topics.

Your goal is to drink 6 glasses of water.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal 6 times. Each time you have to drink an avg glass of water. We won't count your water sips, take your time and enjoy it.
Coffee
Your goal is to grab a coffee.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal twice. You have to take a break and make a coffee of your choise. Consider it like a break where you have to do something other than looking at your screen. Choose a fancy mug, take your time, enjoy your coffee smell and relax. Note that you can skip the 2nd coffee or replace it with a glass of water, it's never enough.
