order to complete this goal once. You have to take a break, and grab
an apple, banana or any seasonal fruit. Be careful with your allergies,
and choose your fruits wisely.
Your goal is to drink
glasses of water.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal
times. Each time you have to
drink an avg glass of water. We won't count your water sips, take your
time and enjoy it.
Your goal is to take a break. We will notify you in
order to complete this goal twice. You have to take a break and
do something other than looking at your screen for at least 10'.
Your goal is to do literally nothing, empty your mind, close your eyes,
walk around your room or look out of your window.
