Stretch
Your goal is to Stretch your body.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal twice. Each time you have to stretch your body, your arms, your legs for 5-7' minutes. You don't know what to do? Don't worry, just follow the instructions at the following 5' videos.
Nuts
Your goal is to eat a handful of nuts.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal once. You have to take a break, grab your nuts mix and eat around 30g of nuts. Be careful with your allergies, and choose your nuts wisely. In case you don't want to mix them up here is a list of choices (each one is approximately 30g):
  • Almonds: 20-30,
  • Brazil Nuts: 10,
  • Cashews: 15,
  • Hazelnuts: 20,
  • Macadamias: 15,
  • Peanuts: 40,
  • Pecans: 15,
  • Pistachios: 30,
  • Walnuts: 10
1 litre
Your goal is to drink 5 glasses of water.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal 5 times. Each time you have to drink an avg glass of water. We won't count your water sips, take your time and enjoy it.
Rest
Your goal is to take a break.
We will notify you in order to complete this goal twice. You have to take a break and do something other than looking at your screen for at least 10'. Your goal is to do literally nothing, empty your mind, close your eyes, walk around your room or look out of your window.
